Recipes:
Berries and Greens Smoothie
2 ripe fresh bananas
2-3 cups frozen mixed berries
Huge handful of greens (I like spinach or mixed greens)
1 tbsp chia seeds (or any other seeds you want to get in)
2-4 large dates (de-pitted)
1-2 cups unsweetened almond milk
Optional: cinnamon, flavored superfood green powder

Today’s salad
1 head romaine lettuce
1 green onion
1 small organic gala apple

Vegan Cashew Ranch Dressing
1 oz cashews
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 de-seeded jalapeño (optional)
1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
1 tbsp onion and garlic powders (optional)
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
-blend-
Mix in dried parsley and dried dill

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cherry Milkshake
2-3 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen cherries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1-2 tbsp cacao and pb powders (peanut butter powders are usually lower in fat than normal pb)
3 large dates
1 tbsp cinnamon
-blend-
*alternatively, you can leave out the almond milk and blend everything in a food processor for an ice cream consistency
