Plant Based Meals For Maximum Vegan Weight Loss / How To Lose Body Fat On Starch Solution

I share simple vegan oil free recipes that I ate every day to lose 70 lbs in less than 7 months and how I keep it off. Potato + Veggie Soup Recipe ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

Sautรฉ mode
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 small onion chopped
2 stocks of celery sliced
Turn off sautรฉ mode

Jar of tomato and Basil fat and oil Free from Aldi
Can of diced tomatoes (15 ounce can)
Can of Tomato sauce (15 ounce can)
2 zucchiniโ€™s quarter
2 cups of chopped cauliflower in bite size pieces
3 small russet potatoes around (2 cups)
2 cups of chopped broccoli
1/2 of sliced mushrooms
1/2 bag of frozen mixed veggies
2 tablespoons of Italian
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon of onion powder
2 cups of water
Heaping spoon of better than bouillon veggie base
25 minutes in Instant Pot
Then manually release

I have lost 70 lbs total since February of 2020 on a plant-based diet. In April of 2020, I started The Starch Solution and Mcdougallโ€™s plan for Maximum Weight Loss. It is a high carb, low fat, no oil, whole food plant based diet. I lost 43 pounds from solely eating this way.
