Hey Everyone! Today’s video I will be answering; why am I not losing weight on a vegan diet? Can you lose weight on vegan diet? Not only will I be giving my personal update since starting a whole food plant based diet (the starch solution) for vegan weight loss, I will be giving you 5 things you can do if you cant lose weight on vegan diet. While there could be many reasons why you cant lose weight as a vegan – there are some very specific things you CAN do to achieve vegan weight loss!
I use Dr. Mcdougall’s book called the starch solution as a guideline for my way of eating. The starch solution promotes vegan weight loss and I have also recently included preloading in to my weight loss routine.
