Favorite raw vegan burger recipe/eat burger and lose weight


Even if weight loss is your goal, this burger is for you!


Recipe for the burger patties:


Ingredients:

2 cups shredded carrots or carrot pulp from juicing
2-3 medjool dates
2 stalks cellery shredded or pulp from juicing
1 tbsp. psyllium husk
1 tbsp. flax meal (grounded flax seeds)
3 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tsp. mustard (not raw) or mustard powder
pepper, garlic powder, onion powder as desired
Preparation:
mash all ingredients together with your hands. Form patties and place them into a dehydator, let them dehydrate for about 6-10 hours.


Recipe for the raw vegan mayo:


Ingredients:
50g cashews
1 ripe mango
juice of 1 small lemon
garlic powder, onion powder, tumeric powder as desired
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until creamy and soft.
